A special meeting of KeyPoint FCU members was held on November 17, 2011 to vote on the proposed merger and we are extremely pleased that the votes were tallied and 89% voted to approve the merger.

We are excited to be joining the Neighbors FCU family.

The merger will be effective February 1, 2012.

As of February 1st, KeyPoint FCU will officially be under the management of Neighbors FCU.  At this point, KeyPoint will still operate as a separate entity.  There will be no immediate change to your account.  It will be business as usual for you.

Neighbors FCU will keep you informed as we progress with the merger.
